Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://covingtonpestcontrolcompany.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, First Choice Pest Solutions, LLC markets and arranges Pest Control, Termite Control, Bed Bug Control, Rodent Control, Mosquito Control, Attic Insulation, Crawl Space Insulation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. First Choice Pest Solutions, LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. First Choice Pest Solutions, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. First Choice Pest Solutions, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of First Choice Pest Solutions, LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold First Choice Pest Solutions, LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under LA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in LA for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
